November is moving right along. Last weeks workouts went well and I reached my goal of running at least 25 miles this week and ran 27 miles. Woohoo! I’m on my way to 100 miles for the month. Here’s what I did:
Monday – I tried another BOSU workout from the bonus dvd that came with the BOSU and did FUSE. It’s a good one! I’m really liking how the BOSU works different muscles as well as my balance.
Tuesday – I ran 4 foggy morning miles.
Wednesday – Ran a nice 5 miler before work.
Thursday – I tried the Long And Lean BOSU workout today. I was surprised to see Chalene Johnson as the instructor and it had yoga and Pilates inspired moves. I think it was the beginning of PiYo. I liked it! I also ran 3 miles on the treadmill.
Friday – Ran 4 morning miles.
Saturday – Ran 9 treadmill miles.
Sunday – I usually don’t run on Sundays before work, but felt like running so I ran 2 miles on the treadmill. 
So it was a good week of workouts. I’m really enjoying the BOSU workouts and would like to find more. Do you know of any good BOSU workouts? How’d your week go? Are you training for anything? Any races coming up?

Then we continued later in the evening. This year was the first year we went further than our actual small development. We went to a lot more houses down our road and there were lots more decorated houses which was neat to see. Check out that big cat in the background. Its head actually moved.
