Move It Monday is an international campaign which encourages people of all fitness levels to get moving each week starting on Mondays. Their website has many things to offer including fitness routines, tips, and inspiration to help individuals, worksites, schools, and communities incorporate exercise into their weekly routines. There’s a research page on their website that shows how Monday is the day that most people start an exercise and if one exercises on Monday, they are more likely to continue exercising during the rest of the week.
