Last week’s workouts went well. I’ve just been doing what I felt like and not following a schedule, which is nice. I even ran a virtual 10k. Here’s what I did last week:
Monday – I decided to do Focus T25 Total Body Circuit. This is always a good one that makes me sweat!Tuesday – Ran a nice 4 miler before work.
Wednesday – Ran 3 miles on the treadmill in the afternoon.
Thursday – I decided to do a strength workout and did Insanity Max 30: Max Out Strength. It’s a tough one.
Friday – While my youngest was in preschool, I ran the virtual Challenge Yourself 10k run from Running on the Wall. I pushed myself and ran it fast. It’s been a while since I’ve run that fast.
Saturday – Ran 7 miles on the treadmill.
Sunday – Rest Day
I ran 20.2 miles last week. Not bad, I guess. I’d say the highlight of the week was going to my kiddo’s field trip to Plumper Pumpkin Patch. It was the first time we’ve been there. We’ve been to different ones in the area. This one was nice too. We saw animals, took a tractor hay ride, and the kiddos played in the activity area that had slides, obstacle courses, and a pumpkin rolling thing. Below is a pic of our hay ride selfie:

It’s always fun going to the pumpkin patch. How’d your week go? Have you been to a pumpkin patch this year? Hope you have a runderful week ahead! 🙂
I also have a giveaway going on for Mighty Nut Powdered Peanut Butter. Be sure to check it out HERE if you haven’t already. 🙂
I’m linking up with HoHo Runs and MissSippiPiddlin for the Weekly Wrap.
Sounds like a good week of workouts! Insanity is tough – I have the original set but don’t use them very much at present since my coach prescribes specific workouts. I remember them being really tough! Kudos to you! The pumpkin patch looks like a lot of fun. My boys have somewhat outgrown that stage – fun memories of that time of year, though. Have a good week!

20 miles is a strong running week! You had an incredible pace on your virtual 10k race too. The pumpkin patch looks like a blast. Is that fog? It definitely makes it look spooky and adds to the Halloween effect. I’m curious, is the yellow bib looking item of clothing something they put on the kids to help keep them together? I hope you have another enjoyable week of doing whatever activity you feel like. I appreciate you linking with us!

Thanks Holly! It was really foggy that day we went to the pumpkin patch. Yes, the yellow bib is an easy way to spot the kids and help keep them together. Thanks for having the linkup!
