Last week’s workouts went well. I’ve just been doing what I felt like and not following a schedule, which is nice. I even ran a virtual 10k. Here’s what I did last week:
Monday – I decided to do Focus T25 Total Body Circuit. This is always a good one that makes me sweat!Tuesday – Ran a nice 4 miler before work. Wednesday – Ran 3 miles on the treadmill in the afternoon.Thursday – I decided to do a strength workout and did Insanity Max 30: Max Out Strength. It’s a tough one.Friday – While my youngest was in preschool, I ran the virtual Challenge Yourself 10k run from Running on the Wall. I pushed myself and ran it fast. It’s been a while since I’ve run that fast.
Saturday – Ran 7 miles on the treadmill.Sunday – Rest Day
I ran 20.2 miles last week. Not bad, I guess. I’d say the highlight of the week was going to my kiddo’s field trip to Plumper Pumpkin Patch. It was the first time we’ve been there. We’ve been to different ones in the area. This one was nice too. We saw animals, took a tractor hay ride, and the kiddos played in the activity area that had slides, obstacle courses, and a pumpkin rolling thing.
