I’m passing along what I’ve found to be the best way to tie your running shoes. The first tip is the heel lock lacing which gives more support and helps keep your heel from slipping. It also helps reduce pressure at the top of the foot. The other tip is to use another loop when tying your shoes. When looping your lace make sure you make another loop in. It’s easier to untie than the traditional double knotting way.
