I decided to do Focus T25’s Core Speed for today’s workout. It’s been a while since I’ve done this one, but it’s a good one. I like all the T25 Speed workouts because they always make me sweat. This one is core-focused but I think they all are lol. This video is towards the end of the workout where you do all the moves from the two rounds. I love how this workout is just 25 minutes long!
