Day 74 - P90X3 Yoga

Day 74 done! I’ve improved so much since starting P90X3. I’m so much stronger and feel great! I remember not being able to hold the crow pose at all but I’m so MUCH better at it now! I’m proud to say that I’ve been consistent with my workouts and the results show. 🙂
