Day 73 of P90X3 finished! The classic calendar gives you the option of doing The Challenge or Complex Upper for the day so I decided to do Complex Upper.
Complex Upper is not included in the regular DVD set. It’s one of the elite workouts on the Elite Workout DVD. This was a hard one and kept my heart rate up! It consists of five moves which you do for four rounds as well as in the burnout. The moves are Slow Mo Chin-ups, X Plyo Push-ups, Lunge Thrust Press, W Pull-ups, and Push-up Bird Dog Crunch.
Pull-ups are always hard for me so thank goodness for the pull-up assist band. Also, the plyo push-ups and push-up bird dog crunches oh my…..it’s a tough workout!
