The first week of February has started off nicely. I did a few Hammer and Chisel workouts and continued with the My Asics plan for now. If you haven’t checked out the My Asics app, here’s a screenshot of my plan for last week:I like the goal paces and how you can reschedule the runs. I also finished the last week of the Sweat Pink Pose of the Day challenge. Here’s what I did:
Monday – I had a good workout with the hubby and did Total Body Chisel from Hammer and Chisel.
I ran a total of 24.04 miles and did 2 Hammer and Chisel workouts. I’m happy with that. Here are my Sweat Pink Pose of the Day Challenge pics:
During my weekend, the kiddos had fun checking out the ducks at a nearby park. I was surprised to see a big Checkers game board at our local library.On Saturday, the kiddos had fun building Valentine’s day mailboxes at Home Depot. Love their free kids workshops!
