I decided to tackle Focus T25’s Gamma Speed 3.0 for today’s workout. It’s been a while since I’ve done this one and I’ve improved. I’m able to do the push-up jacks better and feel okay throughout the whole workout even when doing all the burpee moves. I had a great sweat session in 25 minutes! This fast paced workout will make you sweat buckets lol. If you like burpees this workout is for you. This video is the last part of the workout where you repeat all the moves from both rounds.
