It was a good week of workouts. I got more workouts in with hubby and got some miles in. Here’s what I did last week:
Monday – Started with a good workout with weights. I did 21 Day Fix Extreme Dirty 30 with hubby.Then I ran 3 miles.Tuesday – Did T25 Ab Intervals with hubby. It’s a great core workout. Afterwards, I ran 3.01 miles.Wednesday – Tough workout with hubby. We did Insanity Max:30 Tabata Power. Then I ran 4.14 miles.Thursday – Rest day.
Friday – We did a fun workout, P90X3 MMX. It was a mixed martial arts workout.Afterwards, I ran 4.58 miles.Saturday – My long run day which ended up being 6.20 miles.Sunday – Rest day.
Total miles = 20.94 miles. I’d say it was a nice week of workouts. It’s great mixing in the DVD workouts since it’s fun working out with hubby and nice to get a variety of workouts in. We just seem to pick whatever we feel like and can agree on, haha. I think this coming week will be more of the same. How do you plan your workouts when you’re not training for anything?
As for the rest of the week, my kiddos had their parent teacher conferences on Thursday. I took some pics of 8 year old’s work:
I think it’s neat that they are learning about the salmon life cycle. They were given eggs to care for until they release them in December. My kiddo named one Timmy. 🙂
We also went to the park a few times.
I’m glad they love to bike. That was one of my favorite things to do when I was a kid.
