Day 48 of P90X3 finished! I’m over halfway done. It’s transition week next week and then on to block 3! I’m going to incorporate running now since I should start training for the Portland RocknRoll half marathon which I signed up for at the event last year. We’ll see how that goes.

Day 34 – P90X3 MMX
Day 34 of P90X3 completed. This was an awesome cardio workout! It consists of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) moves. I’ve never done any MMA before but I thought it was fun. My form isn’t that great lol, but I burned a lot of calories :). Also just a fyi, there were a lot of burpees in it, which Tony calls sprawls.
